This hands-on workshop will help bankers build practical confidence using AI in their day-to-day work. Participants will explore real-world banking use cases, learn from a banker’s experience applying AI, and see focused demonstrations tied to common banking challenges. The day will culminate in a hands-on Microsoft Copilot agent creation workshop, where participants will build and test an agent they can take back to their organization. The workshop will also address responsible adoption and how banks can move from individual experimentation to coordinated AI use. Participants should bring a laptop for the hands-on activities.
