Committee Description
The Utah Bankers Association Human Resource (HR) Roundtable is designed for HR professionals and those primarily involved in HR functions at the bank for the purpose of:
- Providing a forum to discuss topics relevant to human resources such as current employment issues, regulations, best practices, etc.
- Support the initiatives of the Utah Bankers Association
- Act as an advisory group to the UBA on policy matters
The Roundtable will generally meet quarterly, or as needed, and will represent all segments of the UBA membership, engaging a diverse group of bankers with unique perspectives.
Participating in the Roundtable provides bankers a valuable opportunity for membership engagement, leadership development and networking among peers.
