Mentees 
In order to participate as a Mentee in the Mentor Match program, you must be a member of the Emerging Bank Leaders. Click here for more information and join, then you will be able to access Mentee enrollment  and view the Mentor Directory.

Mentors
You do not have to be an EBL member to sign up as a Mentor.

Complete your profile. Make sure your contact information is up-to-date, add a professional profile picture, expand on your bio and import your education and job history from LinkedIn. Having a complete and accurate profile is crucial to the success of selection and matching.

Then return to this page and move on to step 3.

Set your preferences by making selections for each of the program demographics, including venue, specialties or areas of interest, career stage, and start/end date. *Please note that all fields are required for enrollment.

The more information you provide, the easier it will be to make the best match!

Use the Mentor Directory to input your search criteria. Start by selecting your specialties or area(s) of interest, which include:   

• Commercial Banking/Lending
• Customer Service
• Financial Services
• Human Resource Management
• IT
• Operations
• Retail Banking
• Risk/Compliance

Then select the mentoring venue, career stage, name and location. You can also take advantage of features to help you find and recruit matches:

• Track your mentoring relationships
• Participate in discussion forums on mentoring topics
• Search for helpful mentoring resources

You're now ready for the fun stuff. Do one search or multiple searches. If you're unsure of the search criteria, select "Search for ALL of the selected values"...the Mentor Match Program Directory will do the work for you and populate the results.

When you find a member with whom you're interested in establishing a mentor/mentee connection, click the link to their profile page and look around. If you think it's a desired match, look under their profile image for the blue Mentor Match badge, then click to request a connection. If it's not a desired match, you can simply select the back button to return to your previous search results.
