Biography

Kristin Dittmer is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at EnerBank USA.

Prior to her current position, Kristin served as Executive Vice President of Finance and Credit, and Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer from 2010 to 2015. Before joining EnerBank, Kristin was the Chief Credit Officer at BMW Bank of North America. She began her banking career as a Financial Examiner with the Utah Department of Financial Institutions.

Kristin serves on the Advisory Board of the Eccles Opportunity Scholars Program at the University of Utah and enjoys mentoring affiliated first-generation college students. Kristin joined the Board of the Utah Bankers Association in 2016 and is honored to be serving as its 2020-2021 Chair. Utah Business Magazine selected Kristin as one of 30 Women to Watch in 2016.

A California native, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and an MBA, both awarded by the University of Utah.

As a decorated US Army Black Hawk Helicopter Pilot, Elizabeth McCormick flew air assault, command and control, top-secret intelligence missions, and transported high-level government VIP’s, transitioning from her military service to corporate management with her diverse business background including being an international contract negotiator, and commodity manager in purchasing and supply chain specialist for global corporations. Elizabeth is now an in-demand Motivational Keynote Speaker, Certified Virtual Presenter, Certified Speaking Professional and Leadership Authority: currently #5 on the list of “Leadership Experts to Follow On Twitter”.

Her leadership and rise to success in the military paved the way for her professional achievements in
corporate and entrepreneurial environments. Through her gifted art of analyzation and negotiation, expert

Biography

Sui Lang L. Panoke is a visionary leader, social entrepreneur and international trainer and facilitator with a passion for empowering today’s leaders to rethink. create. and innovate. She has recently been named, Senior Vice President of Diversity. Equity. Inclusion. for Zions Bank. In this role, she is responsible for directing the bank’s strategic vision, developing a comprehensive DEI strategy, and delivering on a plan of action to promote diversity, equity and inclusion across the bank and the communities that it serves.

Sui Lang is also the founder of Rethink International, a global social enterprise and international training organization designed to challenge people to rethink how and what they think. She has trained thousands of leaders around the world leading in politics, business, government, higher education, nonprofits, international NGO’s, and the media on a wide range of leadership and communications topics. Areas of expertise include global leadership, personal empowerment, developing women leaders, diversity, equity, inclusion, unconscious bias, strategic communications, power speaking, branding, civil discourse, and building cultures of inclusion in the workplace.

Sui Lang also founded the Rethink Tank for Women, a social think tank that hosts power conversations bringing together women with diverse points of view for the purpose of building bridges across social, cultural, racial, and political differences. She also founded Women Politics Media, a global leadership, and media training organization that seeks to democratize the media landscape by training women, people of color, and emerging young leaders to use the media as a vehicle to impact public policy.

Sui Lang currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Multicultural Media Correspondents Association 2016-21, Advisory Board of YWCA Utah’s Real Women Run 2018- 1, is an Ambassador for the Utah Women & Leadership Project 2017-21, and is a member of the Ken Garff Foundation’s Success In Education: Women Who Lead Mentoring Program 2021. She earned her MPA from American University with a Certificate in Women, Policy, and Political Leadership, and was awarded the Outstanding Leadership Award from the Women & Politics Institute upon graduation. She received her BS in Political Science from the University of Utah’s Hinckley Institute of Politics after completing her first year of undergrad at Brigham Young University’s Hawaii campus.

Sui Lang is the proud mother of an intellectually curious teenage daughter who is taller, smarter, and much more mature than she is. After living on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC for 13 years, they have moved back to Mr. Roger’s Neighborhood in Salt Lake City, Utah where they reside together with their red toy poodle, Rue.

Biography

Diane Passey, is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and is currently the training coordinator for the Intermountain Employee Assistant Program. She received her Bachelor’s from the University of Utah, and her Master’s from the University of Phoenix. She enjoys
working with children of all ages from 5 - 85. She has worked extensively with developmentally and intellectually delayed adults and teens. She worked for five years with Domestic Violence related issues and was granted a Peace on Earth award by the Salt Lake Domestic Violence Coalition. Diane is a member of Third District Court Judicial Outreach Committee focusing on Divorce Education for Kids, and won the Liberty Bell award from the Utah State Bar for cofounding the kid’s program. Diane is a certified Laughter Yoga instructor.

Lindsey

Biography

Dr. Lindsey Piegza is the Chief Economist for Stifel Financial. She specializes in the research and analysis of economic trends and activity, world economies, financial markets, and monetary and fiscal policies. Prior to her role with Stifel, she was the Senior Economist for an investment bank in New York City for eight years consulting clients in the U.S., Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

A highly sought-after speaker across national and international forums, Piegza is often quoted in the business press. She is a regular guest on CNBC, Bloomberg, CNN and Fox Business, as well as national radio and other business news outlets. Piegza is also a monthly op-ed contributor for The Hill.

In addition to her role with Stifel, Piegza is an instructor at the Pacific Coast Banking School, a member of the Chicago Federal Reserve Advisory Committee and a well-respected author. Piegza has published numerous academic papers in prestigious journals such as the Harvard Business Review and in textbooks from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Piegza is a member of the National Association for Business Economics (NABE) and American Economic Association (AEA), and named a 2019 Women of Influence by the Chicago Business Journal. She holds two degrees from Northwestern University in political science and economics, and earned her Ph.D. in economics from the City University of New York. She is a native of Chicago and is based in Stifel’s downtown Chicago office.

Biography

Jennifer Christopulos is executive vice president and director of Zions Bank’s Utah Corporate Banking Group. Her division is responsible for developing and deepening banking relationships with mid- to large- sized business clients, including the origination of credit facilities, servicing individual loan portfolios, and providing access to additional banking products and services necessary to meet the strategic objectives of each client.

Christopulos began her banking career at Bank One, where she was an assistant relationship manager and underwriter. She joined Zions Bank in 2004, managing loan portfolios for large corporate clients. Christopulos was promoted to senior vice president in 2009 and appointed as an executive vice president in 2020.

She has been honored among American Banker Magazine’s “Top Women in Banking” team in 2012, 2014 and 2016. Christopulos and her husband, Troy, are the parents of five children.

Trina Eyring is Executive Vice President and Director of HR and Talent Acquisition for Zions Bancorporation. Zions is one of the nation’s premier financial services companies with total assets exceeding $70 billion and over 10,000 employees, operating in 11 states. Trina manages a team of talent acquisition and HR professionals and is responsible for directing and executing the recruiting strategy for the company, including college recruiting and university relations.

Her career in recruiting began 18 years ago when she took a recruiter role with executive search firm, Professional Recruiters. She was rapidly promoted to senior recruiter and recruiting manager over key accounts. She worked with financial services, technology, manufacturing, and healthcare companies to
help them place key executives.

Prior to working in the recruiting industry, Trina worked in the radio and entertainment business in Salt Lake City, Utah and Seattle, Washington as an on-air personality and in sales. Trina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Utah and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources designation. Trina has served on various government and non-profit boards throughout her career.

Trina is an active pickleball player and is a voracious reader. She also enjoys hiking, participating in her monthly book club, watching compelling movies, and kicking back to binge-worthy TV shows. She has a 22 year old daughter and lives in Salt Lake City with her husband and goldendoodle.

Cari Fullerton

Biography

Cari Fullerton is Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer at Bank of Utah. She has worked more than 36 years in finance, serving in various banking positions for three financial institutions until she joined Bank of Utah in 1997. At Bank of Utah, she has worked in commercial lending, special assets, and credit risk monitoring and management. In 2015, she was recognized as one of Utah’s 30 Women to Watch by Utah Business magazine.

As a mentor, Fullerton continues to find satisfaction in helping children, teens and her co-workers accomplish their goals and ultimately feel more confident about themselves. She has tirelessly served on boards for two important causes: Youth Impact and Prevent Child Abuse Utah. Fullerton served 11 years as a board member for Youth Impact and eight years as a board member for Prevent Child Abuse Utah. As a board member, she was involved in providing guidance and volunteer hours to oversee important programs. She lobbied the Utah Legislature for funding to support Youth Impact programs, as well as led a capital campaign to raise $1.5 million to build an 11,000-square-foot addition to the Youth Impact campus in Ogden.

Cari is a graduate of Montana State University, where she earned a degree in finance and a minor in economics. She is also a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School.

She is married and has one daughter. Outside work, Cari enjoys skiing, planting flowers and traveling.

Kisty Morris

Biography

Kisty Morris is an Executive Director in Community Development Finance (CDF) at Morgan Stanley Bank, N.A. based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Kisty joined the Firm in 2009 as an Analyst serving in a number of roles within the department. Kisty is currently responsible for finance and regulatory reporting, risk management and oversees the management of CDF’s lending and investing portfolios. Kisty is passionate about community development, and serves on the boards of Artspace, Community Development Corporation of Utah (CDCU), Utah Center for Neighborhood Stabilization (UCNS) and the Utah Bankers Association (UBA). She has worked on a broad range of high-impact development initiatives, ranging from private equity investments to transit-oriented development, urban renewal programs, and the preservation of affordable housing properties. Kisty started her career as a Trading Assistant with Merrill Lynch, where she helped manage a portfolio of asset-backed securities. Kisty holds a Finance degree from Utah State University and an MBA from University of Utah.
