Fees

UBA Members

  • 10'X8' booth - $1,500
  • 14'x8' booth - $1,750

Non-Members

  • 10'X8' booth - $2,000
  • 14'x8' booth - $2,500

Includes

  • Exhibit booth w/draped table, 2 chairs & identification sign
  • Two (2) Exhibit booth representatives
  • Welcome Reception & Dinner for booth reps
  • Monday breakfast in Exhibit Hall & Networking Lunch for booth reps
  • Wireless internet access is available no additional charge

Add-Ons

  • Additional booth representative(s) - $350 per person
  • Upgrade to full Convention registration (Sunday-Wednesday) - $400 per person

Deadline

Based on our history, exhibit space will sell out. We will receive reservations provided space is available. The deadline to guarantee listing on convention signage is May 19, 2024.

Booth Placement

The UBA will assign booth spaces, making best efforts to accommodate booth preference and avoid placement next to a direct competitor. Marquis sponsors receive first priority of booth reservation, followed by Diamond and Platinum sponsors.

Drawings

To encourage attendees to visit every booth, we will have a $1000 grand prize drawing during lunch on Monday. Exhibitors who wish to award additional prize(s) during this lunch must coordinate the details in advance with Sara Matute at sara@utah.bank.

Shipping

Arrangements for insured shipping and delivery of exhibit materials can be made through Design West at the address above. Utah Bankers Association accepts no responsibility for any materials shipped directly to Sun Valley Resort.

Exhibit Hall Schedule

Exhibitors are required to observe the following schedule

  • Sunday, June 23, 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Monday, June 24, 7:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.

Load In - Sunday, June 23, 10:00 am - 1:30 pm

  • Exhibitor Orientation - Sunday, June 23, 1:30 p.m. @ Registration Desk
  • Materials shipped in advance through Design West will be placed in assigned booth space.

Load Out

  • Monday, June 24, 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

Conflicting Events

  • Our valued business partners are encouraged to take advantage of the many other opportunities to network with participants, such as the general sessions, optional activities, and meal functions on Sunday and Monday. Business partners are asked to avoid hosting any separate events during the regular convention functions.

Name Badges

Convention name badges are required in the exhibitor area and at all convention functions. All individuals staffing an exhibit booth must be a registered exhibitor to receive a name badge.
